Michael Ryan

Michael is a published author, international speaker, and creator of multiple online courses.
He is a Licensed Q Grader, SCA Certified Instructor, and Level 1 Wine Sommelier. He is also a Certified Business Coach and Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
Michael has over 13 years of experience in the coffee industry during which he has worked everywhere from the headquarters of Starbucks to local coffee companies. He spent 8 years as the Operations Manager for a multi-location cafe/roastery that was doing $5M+ in annual revenue.
Michael has been working with clients for over 9 years training, coaching, and consulting. His clients have included startups, importers, roasters, cafes, and companies doing all of the above.
Michael is the expert in simplifying coffee quality, business operations, and the human element so that both the people and the profits flourish.
Christina Ryan

Christina is a mover and a shaker, literally. She specializes in Integrative Wellness, Brand Integrity, & creating Psychological Safety for employees.
Christina’s heart is for all people, no matter their ability, race, or background, to Be Seen and to Live Fully Alive.
She specializes in mentoring and coaching women to overcome areas of struggle in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives. She uses this passion to empower and encourage people of all walks of life.
You might find Christina on any day going for long hikes or drinking coffee with Michael on their homestead.
